Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping in the future, so check back for updates.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard flat rate shipping is $6.95. Orders over $49 ship free.

Essential Oil Safety

Do I need to dilute essential oils before applying to skin?

Yes, always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before topical use. A standard dilution is 1-2 drops per 1 oz of carrier oil. Some oils require extra caution, so check each product page for specific guidelines.

Are your essential oils safe for children and pets?

Many essential oils are not appropriate for young children or pets. Always consult your healthcare provider before using essential oils around children, and research pet-safe oils carefully before diffusing around animals.

Are your essential oils pure?

Yes. We carry therapeutic quality, single-ingredient essential oils with no additives, fillers, or synthetic ingredients. Every oil we carry is either certified organic, organic not certified or wildcrafted. We source carefully and we tell you exactly where each oil comes from. Each product description provides useful information to guide you.

What does "organic" or "wildcrafted" mean?

Certified organic oils are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Wildcrafted oils are harvested from plants growing naturally in the wild, without cultivation.

Choosing the Right Oil or Blend

I'm new to aromatherapy, where do I start?

You do not need to be an expert. I'm always happy to help guide you toward something that fits your needs. Lavender, lemon, and peppermint are great starter oils with versatile uses. Our blends are also a wonderful entry point, and each product page includes usage suggestions and benefits to help guide you.

What's the difference between a single oil and a blend?

Single oils are pure extracts from one plant. Blends combine multiple oils to create a specific effect or aroma profile.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. Opened bottles of oil are not allowed to be shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. We will do our best to provide a resolution.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! Our Scent of the Month Club Subscription Box delivers a curated selection of aromatherapy products to your door each month. Subscribers also receive a 20% discount on all Aroma Thyme products and free standard shipping on domestic orders.

Wholesale & Bulk

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Many of our essential oils and blends are available in 1 oz glass bottles. Please contact us directly for wholesale inquiries and we'll be happy to discuss options.
